If your neck starts complaining after a long day at your desk or on your phone, the fix may be more than just “sit up straighter.” 🪑

A few targeted movements can help build neck strength, improve upper-back mobility, and give your shoulder blades more support so staying comfortable feels a little easier.

Progress doesn’t always show up in big, obvious ways. ✨

Casey’s been putting in the work since his accident, and even though progress has been gradual, he’s gaining more function, experiencing less pain, and continuing to move toward the things that matter most to him.

His story is a good reminder that progress can build quietly over time, and every step forward counts, even when it feels small.

💪 We’re cheering you on, Casey!

Van Johnson and Johnna Faulkner enjoyed connecting with local high school seniors at the Lee County College and Career Showcase this week! Students from Shannon, Mooreville, and Saltillo had the opportunity to learn more about what physical therapists and physical therapist assistants do and how to pursue a career in physical therapy.

We love helping students discover the possibilities in a career dedicated to helping others move, feel, and live better!

The metric system is confusing, but have you tried converting patient seconds into physical therapy seconds? ⌚

We miss you already, but we’re also VERY proud of you. 💪

Teamwork level: Do NOT be the one who drops it. 💃🏻

A simple challenge like this can work on balance, body control, coordination, and communication while keeping things fun.

Thank you for the compassion, expertise and dedication you bring to every patient you serve.

Grabbing the wall, railing, or back of a chair when you feel a bit wobbly? 👀

That's not clumsiness. That's just balance that hasn't been trained in a while.

👟 Balance confidence is something you can build gradually. Start where you feel comfortable, then make things a little more challenging as you’re ready.

🤳 Save this for later, or share it with someone who could use a little more confidence on their feet.

That sore bump just below the kneecap after running, jumping, or playing sports? 🦵

Osgood-Schlatter disease is a common cause of knee pain in growing kids and teens, especially those who are active in sports. It happens when the area where the tendon just below the kneecap attaches to the shinbone gets irritated during periods of growth and repeated activity.

Athletic training can help them stay active while building strength and easing back into the things they enjoy, without constantly irritating the knee. 💪

🏃‍➡️ If knee pain is getting in the way, come chat with our team!
