When something feels wrong physically, but it isn’t necessarily an emergency, you can go to urgent care.

Mental health should have a similar option.

NorthKey’s Behavioral Health Urgent Care is designed for people experiencing a mental health crisis or urgent need who need help figuring out what comes next.

There’s no appointment required. You can simply walk into our 502 Farrell Drive location in Covington and meet with a therapist who will evaluate what you’re experiencing and help connect you with the appropriate care.

That could include therapy, medication management, case management, peer support, hospitalization or other services.

Our crisis team will follow up afterward to help make sure you get connected.

You don’t have to know what kind of help you need before you arrive. You don’t have to navigate the behavioral health system by yourself.

You just need to know that something isn’t right.

Walk-ins are welcome for all ages.

NorthKey Behavioral Health Urgent Care is open:

Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–7 p.m.,
and Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. at 502 Farrell Drive in Covington.

The HDI Center for Assistive Technology Services (CATS) is hosting a Pediatric DME for Free Day on May 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM–4:30 PM. Families and service providers are encouraged to attend.

A variety of pediatric durable medical equipment will be available at no cost. Equipment will include wheelchairs, car seats, bath chairs, gait trainers, strollers, and activity chairs.
