Did you know?
A urinary tract infection won’t usually go away on its own—and delaying treatment can allow the infection to spread to your kidneys.

Common Symptoms
✔ Burning or pain when urinating
✔ Frequent urge to urinate
✔ Passing only small amounts of urine
✔ Cloudy or strong-smelling urine
✔ Pelvic pressure or lower abdominal pain
✔ Blood in the urine
✔ Fever or back pain (may indicate a more serious infection)

Prevention Tips
💧 Drink plenty of water
🚻 Don’t hold your urine
🧻 Wipe front to back
💕 Urinate after sexual activity
👙 Wear breathable cotton underwear
