In less than 18 hours of each other, life unfolded in two very different ways.
One of my clients welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world.
Another experienced the loss of her husband.
Two women. Two stories. Two sacred moments — joy and grief existing side by side.
As a therapist, I walk closely with my clients. This work is more than a job to me — it’s a calling God placed on my life. When life happens, I feel it with them.
If anyone feels led to help, there are two families who could use a little extra care right now.
One is a family of five adjusting to life with a newborn.
The other is a family of one walking through deep loss.
If you’d like to provide a meal, something frozen that can be placed in the freezer and used when needed would be a quiet, meaningful blessing.
No pressure — just an invitation to love well.
Thank you for being a community that shows up with compassion 🤍

Did you know?

After surgery or liposuction, the body experiences inflammation, fluid buildup, and tissue restriction. When fascia becomes tight or adhered, lymphatic flow can slow — making swelling and discomfort linger longer than expected.
That’s why combining myofascial care with manual lymphatic drainage can be such an important part of recovery.
Fascia work restores tissue mobility.
Lymphatic drainage helps clear excess fluid and supports the body’s natural healing process.
When the body feels supported instead of rushed, healing follows.
