Breastfeeding is a team effort! While breastfeeding can be physically and emotionally demanding for a new mom, the support of dads and partners can make a big difference. Pinal County WIC is here to support the whole family!

Here are a few ways you can help your breastfeeding partner:
🧹 Take on household chores so mom can focus on resting, healing, and feeding baby.
🥤 Bring mom water, healthy snacks, and help clean bottles or breast pump parts.
👶 Share baby care by changing diapers, burping, soothing, and cuddling baby between feedings.

Pinal County WIC offers free breastfeeding support from our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) and Breastfeeding Peer Counselors to help families every step of the way.
