To say I am proud of my team is an understatement…. I went to Rhode Island for a Beltone meeting, and while gone, there were major equipment issues in half of our offices…. Our Clinical Care Director, Brittany, and Associate practice manager, Kelsey, pulled it all together, came up with a plan, got the entire team involved with the solution, and GOT THE PROBLEMS RESOLVED~ without my help (not that I could have from Rhode Island anyways). I’m super proud of them, how they problem solved between the offices, moving equipment between locations, so that the offices could continue working with our wonderful patients…. So very proud of my team and wanted to give a super shout out to them!! The team at Lifetime Hearing Services is THE BEST!!! Dr. Kirby

Lake city update: i just want you to know ya girl just set up basically a new computer /audiometer from scratch, had to completely set up the audiometer with every component down to re downloading speech lists, changing the controls back to how we had it, EVERYTHING! Just me, ChatGPT and 42,000 cords!

Celebrating 7 wonderful years with our incredible business director, Wendy Bird. Wendy is our “eagle eye”, our steady hand behind the scenes and the one who keeps us all running in sync. From billing to big picture, she makes the complex look effortless. And through all that focus and precision, she makes us laugh 😂 the most, bringing warmth and joy to our days. She is our most creative team member always willing to gift wrap 🎁 for us and decorate our offices. Wendy also is the one who teaches us just about everything there is to know about eating crab legs! 😊👊🏼👊🏼We are so grateful for your sharp mind, your servant’s heart, and your wonderful sense of humor.
