Hello! Sarah Travis Benton here. Over the last two weeks, I've had the privilege of shadowing Chef LeVance McIver and his Dietary Staff. Chef LeVance and our CEO Teressa Reich asked me to create a behind-the-scenes look into the Dietary Department's day-to-day operation. What they do is massive, with tons of moving parts and pieces, and it was my joy to watch them execute their daily tasks with such positive attitudes and professional standards.
