A big thank you to for inviting us to be involved in this year’s 601 Day 5k & 8k hosted by and ! We had a great time helping runners prepare for the race with injury screenings and soft tissue massage. This was such a great event, and we are looking forward to next year’s race!

🚨 Registration is officially OPEN for the 2026 Get Fit Florence 5k and Fun Run!

Our community showed out last year and helped us set a personal record of 250 race participants. We are looking to grow that number even more this year! Every race registration or t-shirt purchase helps us to support our local schools, and we would love for you to join us at Florence High School on August 15th for race day.

- 5k Run 🏃‍♀️
- 5k walk 🚶
- Color Fun run (Half mile)
- T-shirt only: if you don’t want to race but still want some swag!
- Volunteers

We want to take a moment to give a huge congrats to Rylee Raymond on graduating from Co-Lin yesterday! Rylee started working for us when she was in the 9th grade. Now she is headed to UMMC for their Radiology Tech program and we are very proud of her!
