✨Last week was truly special✨

We had the privilege of celebrating our friend Beau, who reached an incredible 1 year of continuous sobriety and shared her experience, strength, and hope as our speaker. Her message of gratitude, the strength of the fellowship, and the transformative power of the program touched everyone in the room. Beau is truly the definition of “fall down 7 times, STAND UP 8.”
Here’s to Year 2, Beau! 🚀
Thanks for staying - we love you!

Huge congratulations to our friend Paul, who celebrated an incredible 36 years of continuous sobriety! Paul, you have made such a meaningful impact on our community, and we are incredibly grateful and honored to know you. Here’s to many more❤️

We also celebrated our commencees - Mikey, Andrew Jason!
Congratulations on your perseverance, dedication, and commitment to recovery.
We are so proud of each of you and know that you will continue to carry the message💡

A special day was had in Myrtle Beach in honor of International Overdose Awareness Day. 💜

A huge thank you to the Myrtle Beach Opioid Response Team and Horry County Fire Rescue for putting together such a meaningful event. We are incredibly grateful for all you do for those in need and for the dedication you continue to show our community.

It was an honor for Lotus to be a part of this special day as we came together to remember those we have lost, honor their lives, and carry hope for those still fighting.🪷

Today, we recognize International Overdose Awareness Day. 💜

Our guys placed flags in the ground to honor the lives we have lost to the disease of addiction. Each flag represents a life, a story, a family, and someone who MATTERS.

Your lives were not lost in vain. We continue to carry the message for you. We speak your names. We share your stories. We fight for those who are still suffering, and we continue helping others find the freedom that so many never got the chance to experience.

No suffering goes wasted.

To every life lost to overdose -
We remember you.
We honor you.
And we carry it for you. 💜🪷

Sending a very special thank you to last week’s commencement speaker, Lotus alumnus Kodey J. 💕

Kodey recently celebrated ONE YEAR of continuous sobriety and has become such a staple in our recovery community! Kodey and his family continue to show up, support others, and remind us what this thing is all about.
One of the most special moments of the night was getting to watch Kodey’s wife, Michelle, present him with his one year chip. There is something incredibly powerful about watching the people who have walked beside us through it all get to celebrate the milestones with us on the other side. It was such a beautiful reminder that recovery reaches far beyond just one person. Recovery touches families and restores relationships.
Kodey, we are so grateful to know you and your amazing wife and kids! We are truly blessed to have your entire family as part of ours. Congratulations on ONE YEAR! 🥳🔥

And sending a HUGE congratulations to our friend Beau, who also just celebrated ONE YEAR of continuous sobriety!!! 🎉
As Mackenzie says, this girl is the perfect example of “you never stop trying.” Beau’s tenacity, strength, resilience, and gratitude for this program speak volumes about why she is standing here today celebrating one year. She kept showing up. She kept fighting. And today, she gets to be an example to the next person that no matter how many times you’ve tried before, you never stop trying.
We love you, Beau, and we are SO proud of you! 💕

Everyone join us TONIGHT at 7 PM for Commencement, where Beau will be carrying the message as our speaker! 🔥
Bring the energy. Bring the gratitude. Bring the love. Let’s show the newcomer what recovery is all about! ❤️‍🔥

Finishing treatment is a major accomplishment, but recovery continues long after you leave a treatment center. Having a clear aftercare plan can help you navigate everyday challenges, stay connected to your support system, and continue building the healthy habits you've worked so hard to develop.

Sending a special thank you to last week’s commencement speaker, Vahalla from Charleston Recovery Center!

Your story is proof that no matter how far down the scale we have gone, we do recover. Your honesty, passion, and willingness to share your experience were felt by everyone in the room. Thank you for carrying such a powerful message of hope and reminding us all what is possible in recovery!

We had some exciting anniversaries to celebrate during our chip ceremony! 🎉

Lotus alumnus Kodey celebrated ONE YEAR of continuous sobriety!

Our dear friend Brandi celebrated FOUR YEARS of continuous sobriety!

We love you both so much! Thank you for continuing to show up, carry the message, and help others find their own way out of the flames. 🔥

And finally, a HUGE congratulations to Rodney, Shad, Kevin, Omar, and AJ for completing and commencing our program! We are so proud of each of you and grateful we got to be a part of your journey. 🎉 Happy birthday to someone truly special! 🎉

Today we're celebrating an absolutely beautiful person inside and out! Elle is a recovery powerhouse here at Lotus and we are so lucky to have her. Her passion for recovery, strong message and the way she shows up for the people around her are just a few of the many things that make her so special ✨

She has a gift for making everyone she comes into contact with feel seen, valued and loved. She has a way of making people feel like they matter- and that is such a beautiful thing. We are so grateful to have her as a part of the Lotus Recovery family and to witness the impact she makes on others!

Happy birthday Ellie!

The habits we practice every day shape how our brains respond over time.

For many people struggling with addiction, stress or difficult emotions can become triggers that lead to substance use because the brain has learned to associate it with temporary relief.

Recovery is about creating new patterns. Reaching out for support, attending therapy, exercising, or using healthy coping skills may not feel automatic at first, but with repetition, those behaviors become stronger and more natural.

We are incredibly honored to announce that Lotus has been voted Best in the P*e Dee for Behavioral/Mental Health Provider! 🏆💙

When we opened our doors in January of 2025, we had a dream: to create a place where those struggling with addiction could find hope, connection, and a new way of life. To see that dream become what it is today is something we will never take for granted.

To every person who has believed in us, supported our mission, trusted us with their recovery or the recovery of someone they love, and helped us along the way - THANK YOU.
It is our greatest privilege to continue helping others find freedom, just as someone once reached out and helped us find ours.

Remember - you are never alone. You always have a home here🪷
