✨ Post-Op Care Matters! Your Results Depend on It. ✨

Whether you’ve had a BBL, Lipo 360, Tummy Tuck, or Breast Surgery, following your surgeon’s post-op instructions is one of the most important parts of your recovery.

💛 Basic Post-Op Care Tips:
✔️ Wear your compression garment (faja or surgical bra) as directed.
✔️ Stay hydrated—drink plenty of water to support healing.
✔️ Eat a high-protein, nutrient-rich diet to help your body recover.
✔️ Walk several times a day to encourage healthy circulation and reduce the risk of blood clots (follow your surgeon’s guidance).
✔️ Avoid heavy lifting, strenuous exercise, and activities your surgeon has restricted.
✔️ Keep your incision sites clean and dry, and watch for signs of infection.
✔️ Take all medications exactly as prescribed.
✔️ Sleep in the position recommended by your surgeon (especially important after a BBL and tummy tuck).
✔️ Attend all follow-up appointments with your surgeon.
✔️ Start post-op lymphatic drainage massages only when your surgeon says it’s safe.

🚨 Contact your surgeon immediately if you experience:
• Fever
• Increasing redness or warmth around an incision
• Foul-smelling drainage
• Severe swelling or pain that is getting worse
• Chest pain or difficulty breathing
