We provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for women and women with children who are seeking recovery. Our program includes:

We provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment focused on lasting recovery. Our program includes:

Change doesn’t happen all at once, and that’s okay.
In a recent relapse prevention group, we talked about the Stages of Change and how growth is
a process. Whether someone is just beginning to think about change, preparing to take action,
building new habits, or learning from a setback, every stage is part of the journey.
One of the biggest takeaways was that relapse doesn’t erase progress. It doesn’t mean failure.
It simply means it’s time to learn, regroup, and keep moving forward.
Recovery isn’t about being perfect. It’s about choosing to take the next step, again and again.
Progress, not perfection. 💜

📚✏️ Help Us Send Our Chrysalis Kids Back to School with Confidence! 🦋

As the new school year approaches, we’re asking our community to come together and help support the incredible children at Chrysalis Sober Living.

Many of the mothers in our program are working hard to rebuild their lives and provide a brighter future for their families. A new outfit, a backpack, or basic school supplies can make a world of difference for a child starting a new school year.

We are currently accepting donations of:

* New school clothes (Please PM me for sizes)
* Backpacks
* Notebooks, folders, and binders
* Pencils, pens, crayons, markers, and colored pencils
* Glue sticks, scissors, and other classroom supplies
* Lunch boxes and water bottles
* Gift cards to Walmart, Target, or other stores for school shopping

Every donation, big or small, helps ease the financial burden on these families and reminds them that their community believes in them.

Recovery is about so much more than leaving the past behind. It’s also about building a future you’re excited to live.
This week, our ladies completed career assessments to learn more about their strengths, interests, and the kinds of careers that might be a good fit for them. Sometimes all it takes is seeing new possibilities to start believing they’re within reach.
Recovery gives us the opportunity to dream again, set goals, and take steps toward a life with purpose.
The future doesn’t happen all at once. It happens one choice, one goal, and one day at a time.
