The bar has been raised! Everyone had the Barre Shake last night! 💪

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Kitten Pilates! Our tiny feline fur babies had an absolute blast romping around, making new friends, investigating yoga mats, and soaking up all the cuddles and attention. We think the humans had a pretty good time too"

So proud of my ladies! The willingness to step outside their comfort zone shows how capable, strong and brave they are. I couldn't be more blessed to have such amazing women in my life. ❤️

Whether you are a flyer, base, or spotter, there is strength and connection needed to defy gravity together. Not only is trust and communication important in your practice but it's inherent for life.
