In preparation for the winter weather storm, we are proactively updating our Critical Medical Needs Roster. Citizens of Wilson County ESD #3 EMS coverage area who have medical conditions that may be affected are invited to complete the form provided. This initiative will enable us to maintain current records and deliver timely assistance. The form can be completed by scanning the QR code or following the link to our JotForm, where your information will be securely stored in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. For any inquiries, we are available to assist. You can contact us by our office number 830-581-0380, or stop by our station for further assistance located at 11984 Hwy 87 W, La Vernia, Tx 78121. Our commitment is to serve and provide for the needs of our community and residents.
