Part of the work we do at NJ Recovery & Wellness is to expand access to counseling for mental health and substance use treatment services, as well as to provide education.

For us, that education exceeds beyond that of the community programs we offer. We also provide education *and training* to clinical trainees as they step forward into their careers as clinical professionals.

Meet Mitchell Ruderman, our newly appointed Trainee who will be joining the team in our Florham Park office! Having attained his MA in Teaching in 2021, Mitchell found his calling in counseling early on and makes his pivot towards the helping profession.

He's already begun gaining experience in areas of substance use disorders, general mental health conditions, and working with neurodivergent youth. We're excited to partner with him as he grows to sharpen his clinical skills! Learn more about Mitchell: www.njraw.com/mitchell

All NJ Recovery & Wellness Trainees collaborate with those who need reduced fee services, offering counseling services at a rate of $30 per session. Please keep in mind:
