Some moments are years in the making. For her entire life, this sweet girl experienced the world with the support of oxygen. Every milestone was hard-earned, and every step forward was worth celebrating.

Now that she is finally weaned off oxygen, she was able to join her friends on a field trip to swim with dolphins. This is a moment her family once could only dream about.

At PATCHES, we have the privilege of celebrating these victories alongside our children and families. Sometimes the most beautiful moments are the ones that once felt impossible. 💜🐬 Thank you Island Dolphin Care and OceanReefCommunityFoundation for helping make days like this possible.

Today, Heartbeats for PATCHES President Jen Resnick welcomed Slanie and Stephanie, along with their daughters for a special visit to our Florida City center.

It was a pleasure to spend the morning together and share a closer look at the children and programs they help support. We loved having the opportunity to show them the impact of their generosity and the difference they are helping make in the lives of medically complex children every day.

Thank you, Slanie and Stephanie, for your continued involvement and support of PATCHES. We are so grateful for the time and dedication you invest in our mission and the children we serve. 💜🙏🏼
