Blooming Softly is in session, and there is still room for more young ladies to join us.

This group was created for girls who need a space that feels safe, steady, and affirming. A space where they can talk, connect, build confidence, and be reminded that becoming does not have to be rushed. Even though we have already begun, it is not too late for the young lady in your life to step into something that can pour into her in a meaningful way.

If she needs support, encouragement, and room to grow, we would love to welcome her.

Blooming Softly is a gentle, supportive space for girls ages 12–16 to grow at their own pace. In a world that often makes girls feel like they have to rush, perform, and measure up, this group offers something different.

Over 6 weeks, girls will build confidence, learn calming tools, strengthen their voice, practice healthy boundaries, and connect with others in a safe and intentional space. This is not about fixing them. It is about nurturing what is already there.

Blooming Softly: Growing at My Own Pace is a 6-week, in-person therapeutic group for girls ages 12–16 who need space to slow down, express themselves, and build confidence without pressure. In a world that often pushes girls to perform, compare, and grow up too fast, this group offers a gentler path rooted in self-worth, creativity, connection, and belonging. She is allowed to grow slowly. She is allowed to bloom softly.
