Welcome home, Dr. Bickert! After months of repairs and renovations, we are happy to announce the grand reopening of Lone Star ENT’s office at Windsor Centre. Still have some work to be done, but we are so glad to be back where we belong.

This is why we have temporarily relocated. Due to the frozen (and then burst) fire sprinkler pipes, we have a lot of repairs being made to our office.

Dr. Mark Bickert with Lone Star Ear, Nose & Throat Care is virtually OPEN and still has appointments available!

All appointments will be through a video chat (like FaceTime or through our medical record system) or on the phone until at least April 21. The switch to telemedicine is to follow the guidelines of the CDC, Governor Abbott and the American Academy of Otolaryngology (ENT) and to keep you and your families healthy during the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Whereas there are some changes to know about, the one thing that remains the same is that we want you to be healthy and will do everything we can to help you and your family through this time of uncertainty.

* We are offering telemedicine appointments ONLY.
* Face-to-face appointments are only available on a case-by-case basis after an appropriate telemedicine appointment.
* Nearly every insurance plan is covering telemedicine visits during this Public Health Emergency, to allow you to stay safe at home.
* Routine procedures (like scheduled ear wax removal) and elective procedures (like most tonsillectomies) are forbidden by the new laws until at least April 21. However, Dr. Bickert can consult with you about to how to help these and other conditions in the meantime.
* If a medication is needed, it will be e-prescribed directly to your pharmacy.
