If you’ve ever had pain shoot from your low back down into your leg? There’s a good chance it’s sciatica!

I see this pretty often as a chiropractor. Especially in people who sit a lot, drive a lot, or have been dealing with tight hips.

Sometimes it’s true sciatica from the low back, and sometimes it can be something like piriformis syndrome, where a tight muscle in the hip irritates the nerve.

Either way, it usually doesn’t just go away on its own.

Chiropractic care can help take pressure off the nerve and get things moving the way they should.

If this sounds familiar, you’re definitely not the only one dealing with it.
