We have implemented our new phone system today which does have a lot more functionality but there's a little bit of a growing curve. If you have any issues, text messaging is always functional as well. And if you are having any issues, please let the staff know so that we can correct them as soon as possible.

So the Lewisville Independent School District has canceled Tuesday as well, so our office will be closed tomorrow as well. Unfortunately, we won't have any staff to be able to open. We are reaching out individually to every patient via text message to work on rescheduling. Unfortunately, the phone system is manual and requires a physical button press to turn off the phones, which due to the ice, it is very impossible to get there. but we are on texting... We upgraded our EMR two weeks ago and we think we are getting portal messages as well.
