Does your teen struggle with anger, frustration, communication, or knowing what to do when emotions feel BIG?

💙 Cool Down Club is a 6-week group designed for teens ages 13–17 to build practical skills they can use in everyday life.

Two different groups to help Teens learn how to:
✨ Identify and manage anger
✨ Strengthen communication skills
✨ Develop healthy coping strategies
✨ Better understand and navigate big emotions
