What a great day at Lewisville Noon Rotary! 🧡

We were honored to spend time with a group of Rotarians who represent so many different areas of our community and are committed to making a difference.

Our co-founders, Jill Adams and Monya Crow, had the opportunity to speak with the group about the impact of mental health in our community, and how each of us can play a part in creating meaningful change.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect, share, and continue building a community where mental health is valued and supported. 💙☀️

Finding healthy ways to cope, express what we’re feeling, and work through big emotions looks different for everyone. 🧡

Through activities like working with yarn, doodling, coloring, and other creative outlets, our teens have opportunities to explore different ways of regulating, express themselves, and discover what helps them feel more grounded.

Sometimes, a little creativity is exactly what we need to slow down, reset, and reconnect. 🎨🧶

At Restoration Youth & Family, our day treatment programs give teens ages 12–17 the space to step back, focus on their mental health, and find their footing again — without having to put school on hold.
