Wound Management Specialists was established with the goal to provide specialized wound care to patients in every setting. Along with our certified wound care providers, our company is supported by a board of leaders with a blended history of experience in direct patient care, provider management, clinical education, business development and revenue cycle expertise. WMS started healing patients in

Mississippi and through its excellent reputation for care, has quickly expanded into neighboring states of: Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas. We are excited to see where we will be next.

We really do provide wound care in every setting. Meeting the patient where they are is our priority, from inpatient to in-home and all points of service in between, our providers will bring their expertise to the patient.

- We see 7k+ patients a year!! By meeting the patient where they are, we are able to provide services and meet the needs of thousands of patients each year. As we continue to expand, this number will only continue to grow.

Looking forward to summer travel? Changes in routine, extended sitting, heat exposure, and being away from your usual care team all create variables that can affect how a wound responds. Most of these risks are manageable with the right plan in place before you go.

Knowing when to seek specialist care can be the difference between a wound that heals and one that doesn't. If a wound isn’t improving, especially with underlying health conditions, it may need more advanced care than standard treatment can provide.
