🌟 Employee Spotlight: Raven 🌟

We are excited to introduce Raven, our new Memory Care Director at The Blake at Flowood!

Originally from Mendenhall, Mississippi, Raven attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College and brings a diverse healthcare background with experience in urgent care, long-term care, and clinic settings. Her knowledge, dedication, and compassionate approach make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Raven joined The Blake at Flowood in January 2026 and quickly embraced our mission of creating meaningful moments and providing exceptional care for those living with memory loss. She is passionate about building strong relationships with residents and families while ensuring every individual feels valued, respected, and loved.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Raven shares that she loves connecting with residents and making a positive difference in their daily lives.

Outside of work, Raven is a proud mother of three children (two boys and one girl) who keep her busy and bring her endless joy.

We are thrilled to have Raven as part of The Blake family and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to make in our community. Thank you, Raven, for your dedication and commitment to our residents and their families!

We had a wonderful time at our Gardening Day Social! Residents enjoyed getting their hands dirty while potting beautiful flowers and creating their own unique arrangements. The best part was being able to take their flowers home to admire and watch them grow. 🌸🌿
