✨ Meet the Team, Michelle ✨

Introducing Michelle, a caregiver with AccessiCare since October of 2021.

"It makes this job much more enjoyable when I can see how much change and effect I have in someone's life."

For Michelle, caregiving is about helping clients maintain their independence while supporting them with the things that matter most. Whether it's assisting with daily tasks, helping someone enjoy the fresh air, or accomplishing a personal goal, she finds joy in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Her passion for caregiving began at a young age while helping care for her grandfather through his health challenges. Those experiences inspired her to become a professional caregiver in 2018, and she has been dedicated to caring for others ever since.

One of her favorite parts of the job is listening to each client's unique stories and learning from their life experiences. She believes every day brings a new adventure and a chance to make a positive impact.

✨ Exciting News from AccessiCare! ✨

We're proud to share that AccessiCare is now offering Home Health Services, including skilled nursing care for patients with Traditional Medicare.

This exciting expansion allows us to provide a range of skilled nursing services in the comfort of home, including wound care, IV therapy, medication education and support.

Pictured are our clinical team members, Dawn and Brandy, whose commitment to excellence helps make this new chapter possible.

📣 Meet the Team: Robin 📣

This week, we're excited to introduce Robin, our Community Relations Representative at AccessiCare!

Robin has been with the AccessiCare team for 6 months and plays an important role in helping us connect with the communities we serve.

As our Community Relations Representative, Robin builds relationships with referral and community partners, helping increase awareness of AccessiCare's services among healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families.

When asked what she enjoys most about her work Robin said:
"Getting to meet people throughout the community. I love attending health fairs and other community events where I can meet people, have meaningful conversations, and share helpful information about our services."

Since joining the team, Robin has been dedicated to building strong community partnerships and helping families learn more about the support available to them.

🌟 Meet the Team: Dawn 🌟

We're excited to introduce Dawn, our Clinical Manager/Administrator!

Dawn joined the AccessiCare team on August 4, 2025, bringing with her over 14 years of nursing experience in long-term care, home health, and hospice.

As our Clinical Manager/Administrator, Dawn works closely with our nurses, home health aides, patients, families, and physicians to ensure every patient receives safe, compassionate, high-quality care. She helps develop individualized care plans, supports our clinical team, and advocates for the services patients need to remain as safe and independent as possible in their own homes.

When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Dawn shared:

"What I enjoy most is knowing that the work we do allows people to receive the care they need in the place where they feel most comfortable, their own home. I have always had a servant's heart, and I find purpose in supporting our patients and families through difficult seasons while helping our team provide care that makes a genuine difference."

Before joining AccessiCare, Dawn spent five years as a hospice nurse, walking alongside patients and families through some of life's most challenging moments. That experience continues to shape the compassion, advocacy, and respect she brings to her role every day.

💙 Meet the Team: Brandy 💙

This week, we're excited to introduce Brandy, our Director of Clinical Services for Home Health!

Brandy has been part of the AccessiCare family for one year, helping build and launch our Home Health division. As our services continue to grow, she plays a vital role in managing patient care, supporting our employees, and ensuring we continue to provide the high-quality care our clients deserve.

With 15 years of nursing experience, Brandy has worked in several areas of healthcare. Prior to joining AccessiCare, she spent 8 years focused on hospice care, helping patients and families navigate their care needs wherever they called home.

When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Brandy stated:
"The last year has really shown me where the need is in our communities. People want to remain in their homes, and sometimes they just need a little help to make that possible. My team has been such a joy to work with, and we get to make a difference in people’s lives while having fun along the way."

A little more about Brandy: She is a proud Harrison County native and a U.S. Army veteran, bringing both a strong sense of community and a heart for service to her role.

✨ Meet the Team: Lynsy ✨

This week, we're excited to introduce Lynsy, our HR Manager!

Lynsy has been a valued part of the AccessiCare team for 5 years and brings an impressive 17 years of healthcare experience to her role. Her journey began in her early 20s working in nursing homes which has given her a deep understanding of both caregivers and clients.

As HR Manager, Lynsy's focus is simple: helping people however she can. She knows there is no one-size-fits-all solution, and each day brings new opportunities to answer questions, provide support, and help both clients and caregivers navigate challenges.

When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Lynsy said, "One of my favorite parts of my job is improving processes and solving problems to make things run as smoothly as possible for everyone involved."
