Week two of Culture in Bloom was just as special as the first! 🌸

Our team shared who makes this a great place to work and how they do it, and the responses were heartwarming. We wrapped up the week with a prize drawing to celebrate all of the incredible people who make our center shine every single day. We are so proud of this team!

Promoting the health and wellness of our patients and residents is at the heart of everything Diversicare does, and days like today are a wonderful reminder of just how much movement, connection, and joy contribute to a fulfilling life.

Let's hear it for our two most recent Team Members of the Month, Trekaiya Richardson and Connie Emery! 🎉

Both work on Station 2 as CNAs. The nurses and unit manager who work closest to them expressed a deep appreciation for each of these CNAs for having positive attitudes, being friendly, helpful, and being team players that provide excellent care to our residents. We are truly blessed to have them both on the team!

🎉 Shoutout to our February Team Member of the Month, Aulet "Tudy" Gibbs!

She is the work force manager for Diversicare of Foley, but she wears many hats in the center and never hesitates to jump in and help where needed. She is a valuable asset to the center, the residents and patients, and the team. Regardless of how busy she is, she always has a smile, a loving and caring personality, and a can-do attitude. Tudy truly makes this a great place to work! Congratulations Tudy!
