Friends of the Foley Library need more slightly used books for their book store. The proceeds allow the library to purchase items not covered by their budget. Drop off donations on Wednesdays (until the library closes July 13 for the big move) or bring them to a Baldwin County Genealogical Society meeting.

The Foley Public Library will be closed from July 13 through August 3, 2026, as we move into our new facility located at 230 East Orange Avenue, Foley, AL.

During this closure, our book drop at our current location, 319 East Laurel Avenue, Foley, AL, will remain open for returning library materials.

Our catalog system will be unavailable for Foley Public Library items while materials are being moved to the new building. However, the catalog will remain open for items from other Baldwin County libraries, and patrons will need to pick which location in the county to pick up their item.

Our digital services will remain open as well.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience during this exciting transition. We cannot wait to welcome you to our beautiful new community library space!
