If you're feeling kinda blue, kinda down....

1. Go to a place with lots of green vegetation, bonus if it has trees and a water feature like a pond or creek.

2. Walk around and look at all the different types of plants.

3. Think about the vital spiritual energy that exists in abundance all around you, and be grateful. God always provides.

Optional: shoes, deep breaths, singing or humming to the plants and prayng out loud... also eating edible "weeds" if it's safe, or making tea with them.
