Meet the Therapist ✨

We’re excited to introduce Siarea Moore, Associate Clinical Social Worker No. 125675, to The REAL Institute team!

Siarea believes therapy is a collaborative process grounded in trust, honesty, and genuine connection. Her client- and family-centered approach meets people where they are, helping them identify what matters most and build practical tools for the life and relationships they want.

She has experience supporting youth and adults navigating LGBTQ+ identity, family dynamics, neurodivergence, intellectual and developmental differences, substance misuse, crisis situations, and school or probation systems. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed and solution-focused approach, Siarea helps clients explore their emotions, patterns, and protective parts with curiosity, compassion, and a focus on meaningful goals.

Siarea brings a direct, transparent, and judgment-free presence to the therapy room—with a little healthy humor when it fits. Outside of work, she enjoys being surrounded by animals and nature, painting, drawing, creative projects, and yoga.

Meet the Therapist ✨

We’re excited to welcome Gabriella Muzquiz, Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker, ASW No. 139574, to The REAL Institute! Gabriella is a compassionate, dedicated clinician who is passionate about helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

Her approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based practice, systems theory, and motivational interviewing. Gabriella works collaboratively with clients to create a therapeutic experience shaped around their individual needs, goals, and lived experiences.

Before becoming a therapist, Gabriella worked at a nonprofit supporting underserved and diverse communities throughout the greater Sacramento region—an experience that continues to inspire her commitment to providing support, resources, and hope.

Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys hot Pilates, nature walks, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

Another installment of our Meet the Therapist Series✨

Say hello to Nia, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist whose practice is rooted in solution-focused and person-centered care. She integrates psychoeducation, ABA, CBT, strengths-based and feminist approaches, and trauma-informed, multicultural care to support clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, grief, and loss.

Nia has experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, and she views each person as a whole human with a unique story that matters in the healing process. With a mix of integrative modalities and healthy humor, she creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they step into their own growth.

Outside the therapy room, Nia finds grounding in creative spaces—art, dance, literature, and poetry—which all inform the way she shows up for her clients. She’s truly excited to be part of The REAL Institute team and to walk alongside those ready to do the inner work needed to navigate life with more confidence and self-trust.
