When considering a brachioplasty (arm lift), the biggest trade-off is the surgical scar for a beautifully tight, defined arm contour.

While skin removal naturally results in an incision line, precision placement is everything. By positioning the scar along the underside/inner aspect of the arm, it remains discreet and hidden from view during most natural movements and day-to-day activities.

The art of the arm lift. 📐✨

When performing a brachioplasty, my goal is always twofold: achieving a beautifully contoured, firmer arm profile, and keeping downtime and scarring as minimal as possible.
As you can see in these before-and-after results, the excess skin has been removed to create a sleeker, more toned appearance.

🔍 Where is the scar?
Scar placement is everything! There is no way to do a brachioplasty without a scar, but I carefully place the scar right along the underside of the arm, making it virtually unnoticeable during normal daily activities.
