We are thrilled to announce a new recognition program that will honor and celebrate our CNAs and Non-clinical staff. Nominations for the BEE (Being Exceptional Everyday) Award, can be submitted by patients, their families, and colleagues. The BEE Award honors staff members who exhibit exceptional teamwork, effective communication skills, compassion, collaboration, professionalism, exemplary service, and a strong commitment to excellence. Each BEE Award Honoree will be recognized twice a year. Honorees will receive public recognition on social media, a certificate, a pin, and a $100 gift card.

Last week, Avina on Division celebrated Nursing Home Week with delicious snacks, a loaded baked potato bar, live music, and a fun happy hour! 🎉💙
So many great memories were made throughout the week, and we loved spending time together celebrating our amazing residents and staff.
