Sheila K. Sayles, 78, of Fond du Lac, died on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Hospice Home of Hope.
She was born on December 3, 1947, the daughter of Robert and Blanche Dyer. She attended public schools in Illinois and attended UW-Oshkosh. On September 14, 1968, she married Charles A. Sayles. Shelia worked at AC Nielson for several years. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and travelling.
She is survived by three children: Christopher Sayles of Fond du Lac, Ian S. Sayles of Fond du Lac, and Ivy L. (Katie) Sayles of Wisconsin; and her sister Anita Schneider.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
At Sheila’s request cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in Ledgeview Memorial Park.

Beverly J. Burnett, 81, of North Fond du Lac, died on Friday, August 7, 2026, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh.
She was born on March 1, 1945, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Elmer and Helen (Francis) Roen. She attended schools in Rosendale. Beverly received her GED at Moraine Park and then received her associate degree in medical records. On April 14, 1962, she married Eugene W. Burnett. He preceded her in death on November 11, 1979.
Beverly worked in the emergency room at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. Wherever she lived, she always volunteered at church and senior center. She was a member at Hope Lutheran Church. In her free time, she loved reading, crafting, plastic canvas, and crosswords. Beverly also loved traveling with her sister Marion and loved gardening.
She is survived by her eight children: Paula Bartel, Donna (Les) Elsinger, Eugene Jr. (Yvonne) Burnett, DuWayne Burnett, Rhonda Lehner, Barb Selsing, Crystal (Ken) Verhasselt and Roxann Burnett; 22 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, her brother Gerald “Buzz” (Pat) Roen, her sister Marion (Ed) Cole, her sister-in-law Susie (Dennis) Roen-Schumacher and many other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her siblings: Lloyd “Butch”, David (Gloria), Marilyn (Andy), and Donnie (Marci).

Beverly May (Forsberg) Austin, 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family August 6th, 2026, at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac, WI.
Bev married the love of her life Arthur S. Austin on April 9th, 1966, in Antigo, WI. They enjoyed 49 years of marriage before his passing on November 11th, 2015.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Kim Birschbach and her husband Dean of Oshkosh, WI; her son, Mike Austin and his wife Carrie of Adel, IA. Bev will be missed by her grandchildren known to them as "Wigglebutt" as she would shake her butt on her porch step when they would leave her home after a visit. Those include Whitney (Jim) Twet, Lindsay (Max) Blitzke, Kelsey (Brandon) Kniprath; Alexis, Victoria, and Ella Austin and Brynna Yocom. She also loved being a "GiGi" to her great grandchildren; Peyton and Charlie Twet, Bryson and Addison Blitzke, and Emmersyn Kniprath.
Bev was born March 30th, 1944, in Shawano, WI and grew up in Antigo, WI. They began their married life together in Fond du Lac in 1966 with Art taking a job with Kiekhaefer, which later became Mercury Marine. A few years later they settled in Woodhull, Wisconsin where they raised their family. They were very close to many of the drivers and families throughout the years.
She is survived by her sisters: Sandy (Larry) Miller of Menasha and Charlotte (Andy) Fraley of North Fond du Lac. Sisters-in-law: Nancy Forsberg and Janet Herter, nieces, nephews and many friends....
