In partnership with SSM Health Greater Fond du Lac, Friends of Aurora , and Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, we had a great afternoon at The Center Fond du Lac's Hub for Active Older Adults discussing the basics of MyChart, a tool that allows you to access your health information anytime, anywhere!

Participants learned how to:

✔️ Schedule appointments
✔️ Message your doctor
