Welcome to Aurora Chris

We are excited to announce that Christopher Soska, MBA, has been named senior vice president and president of Aurora Health Care's Northern Wisconsin Area, effective August 17th.

Chris joins us with decades of experience leading rural health systems and advancing access to care. Most recently, he served as president of Marshfield Clinic Health System's East Market, overseeing three hospitals and six ambulatory practices across central Wisconsin. Prior to that, he spent more than 27 years with Cleveland Clinic, including serving as chief operating officer of Cleveland Clinic Martin Health.

We’re proud to announce 14 Advocate Health hospitals were named to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals list, reflecting our commitment to exceptional outcomes, innovative care and an outstanding patient experience.

Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center ranked No. 1 in the Charlotte metro area and No. 2 in North Carolina, while Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center earned the No. 1 ranking in the Milwaukee metro area.

Advocate Health hospitals received 204 “high performing” ratings for procedures and conditions and 19 “high performing” specialty designations, placing them among the top 10% nationally.

Additionally, Advocate Health hospitals earned several top state and metro specialty honors in cardiology, orthopedics, rehabilitation and cancer care.

"At the end of the day, the question every patient and family asks is simple: Can I get exceptional care close to home when I need it most?” said Advocate Health CEO Eugene A. Woods. “The nearly 300 recognitions earned by our hospitals and specialty programs this year suggest the answer is increasingly yes.
