A huge thank you to the Senior Center for partnering with Back-in-Action Rehabilitation and hosting today's presentation on Grip Strength: Stronger Grip, Stronger Life!
Rachel Badtke, OTR, enjoyed sharing how grip strength plays an important role in maintaining independence, improving daily function, and supporting healthy aging. From simple exercises to practical tips, it was wonderful to see such an engaged group asking thoughtful questions and participating throughout the presentation!
We love opportunities to connect with our community and help people stay active, confident, and independent for years to come.

✨ Holiday Safety Tips: • Lift coolers and lawn chairs with your legs, not your back. • Stay hydrated—especially if you're spending time in the sun. • Take breaks during yard games and outdoor activities. • Wear supportive footwear if you'll be walking or standing for long periods. • Be mindful around fireworks and leave them to responsible adults.
