Words can’t begin to describe how much we miss and love our Callie.

Visitation will be Friday, June 28th at Benton Funeral home from 5-8. Funeral will be Saturday morning, June 29th at 10:00.

The DCMC Family Clinic appreciates all the thoughts and prayers the community has shown us during this time.

We have loss a wonderful nurse and an even greater friend.

Thank you for reversing the roles and taking care of us like we have all of you.

Due to the weather- DCMC Family Clinic will be operating tomorrow under the same conditions as today. Most of our staff and providers live out of town and the roads are not going to be safe for travel.

Christal Martindale, APRN will be there til noon tomorrow- all other providers, Cory McMahon, APRN, Madeline Reed, APRN, and David Foscue, MD will all be available for telemed appointments.

If you need to schedule a telemed please call me at 870-313-9292 and I will get you in touch with a provider.

I will try to be joining Christal at the clinic tomorrow, but I also live out of town and will be monitoring the road conditions.

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience everyone is experiencing because of this weather. Please don’t hesitate to call me if you need something.

Dallas County Medical Center Family Clinic is trying to be proactive with the upcoming weather.

Christal will be the only provider in the clinic tomorrow to see patients and will plan on being there for a couple of hours. Our other providers, along with Christal Martindale, will be taking telemed appointments.
