NATIONAL CHEESECAKE DAY?!?!?

Yep you are correct we celebrated it😊

Our residents were so excited for our tasting today! When they heard it was NATIONAL CHEESECAKE DAY they were SO EXCITED!

We celebrated by having cheesecake bites. Raspberry Cheesecake, regular cheesecake, and chocolate cheesecake😊

The residents sure did enjoy themselves today!

Did someone say NATIONAL CHICKEN WING DAY????

Of course we celebrated with a chicken wing tasting. Our tasting flavors were Mild Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper.

Our residents gave us 5/5 stars ⭐️

“These are finger licking good”

“These were absolutely delicious”

Once again our Dietary did an AMAZING job with our tasting😊

Fair Haven of Forest City is accepting applications for Transport Assistant position.

This role supports resident appointments and safe travel coordination.

Pay range: $15–$17/hr, based on experience. Must have a good driving record.

“You’ve got a FAMILY in me” Day!

Today we celebrated our last day of Disney with our Family. Today’s theme was Toy Story and oh so we have a story to tell.

First we started with our Family Luncheon. Families were invited to come and have lunch with their family member. Families, residents, and staff were able to purchase our “Disney” Week shirt for the event. Dietary prepared a perfect lunch for our families. Families, residents, and staff were also able to enjoy Gulp the Pulp Lemonade, LLC and Gogos Cinnamon Rolls .

At 2pm we went back to finish out our Disney week with a Toy Story Party! We had Tachos, pizza from Pizza Planet, veggies, brownies, cake pops, and of course Alien cupcakes😊

We have had a blast with our 2nd annual Disney Week! We want to say thank you to our AMAZING DIETARY STAFF, MAINTENANCE STAFF, and ACTIVITIES STAFF for all their hard work put into this week for our residents and families❤️
