I had posted about this earlier on how I get a decent amount of questions regarding the salt used in the packets. There are many companies claiming LMNT uses table salt and that Himalayan and Celtic salt are better. This is not always the case and the above article helps clear up some of those questions.

Loving the new change to the food pyramid that RFK Jr came out with last week. We have been emphasizing eating more protein in the office for years. To finally see some change away from more grains, less protein, to more protein, less grains is amazing for our future health.

If anyone needs help with increasing their protein intake without increasing fat intake to much, feel free to ask in the office at any time. There are lots of low-fat, high protein meats out there. We also recommend tracking your food to really see how much 5 with carbs and fat your daily food intake is at.
