Dr. Trey Jensen Consulting Dr. Trey Jensen is an independent, general practice mental health therapist who works with children, adults, and families.

Dr. Trey Jensen holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. Trey has extensive experience assisting children, adults, couples, and families with a variety of individual and / or systemic challenges that interfere with daily life. He also provides consultation services to rural mental health clinics to increase client retention to reduce missed appointments. Clients are seen at Dr. J

ensen's office at Bridges and Pathways Counseling Services in Forest Lake, MN. Please call 612-283-4848 to make an appointment. At this time the following insurance plans are accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Preferred One, UCare, and Medical Assistance (MA) policies through Medica and Health Partners. Please have your insurance card available when scheduling an appointment. The self-pay fee is $200 per 50 minute session for those who choose this payment method. All co-pays and self-payments are due at the time of service. Trey's hobbies include Geocaching, theater, traveling, and spending time with his family. Trey loves dogs, and works in a dog-friendly office.
