A life well lived is often reflected in the people who gather to honor it.
More than 60 members of the Masonic Lodges that David Olson was so deeply involved with came together to pay tribute to their brother and friend. Their presence was a testament to David’s dedication, fellowship, and the lasting impact he made within the Masonic community.
The following day, family and friends gathered at Elim Lutheran Church, where David was an active and faithful member, to celebrate a man who selflessly gave of himself to those he loved and to the community he served. Stories, memories, and heartfelt tributes painted a picture of a man whose generosity and kindness touched countless lives.
The day concluded exactly as David would have wanted—with a funeral meal that was perhaps the least Lutheran meal imaginable: pizza and tacos. It was a fitting and memorable ending to a celebration of a life lived authentically, generously, and with a sense of joy.
Thank you Olson Family for the honor of caring for your family.
