🌿 Something new is growing at The Yoga Branch.

One of the things we’ve always believed is that yoga doesn’t end when class is over.

Sometimes the most meaningful practice happens in the quiet moments between classes—in a deep breath before a difficult conversation, a walk beneath the trees, or simply pausing long enough to notice the beauty that’s already around us.

That’s why we’ve created The Yoga Branch Journal.

This will be a place where we share reflections inspired by yoga, nature, and everyday life. We hope it becomes a little corner of your week where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and leave feeling just a little lighter.

Our first Branches of Wisdom reflection, The Space Between the Breaths, is now available.

8am meditation, 9am yoga, and still plenty of time to hit the new Forest Lake Farmers Market!! 🫛🥔 🥒 fresh stuff and the kombucha is yummy! 😋

The City of Forest Lake Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the Grand Opening of the Forest Lake Farmers Market on Saturday, June 20th, at 8:00am! 🥦🍅🥕

The market will be held weekly at City Hall through October 31st, 2026 and will feature a variety of local vendors, fresh produce, and more. We invite the community to come out, support local businesses, and enjoy this new community gathering place.

A special thank you to the Forest Lake Rotary Club and the Forest Lake Lions Club for their collaboration and support in helping make the Farmers Market happen!
