For me, some of the best benefits of yoga are beyond the poses. Learning to pause. To focus. To listen. It starts out so subtle you don't even realize the shift is happening.
That's the beauty of yoga, breathwork and meditation. We're rewiring our brains-- helping us to be calmer, more aware, and have better memories. Improving our mental health one molecule at a time.
