More than Medicine Healthcare will be at this event The 6th annual Pure and Simple Walk-A-Thon at Winton Woods Kestrel Pointe Shelter starting at 9am THIS SATURDAY AND with your favorite Nurse Practitioner… me! Christina Sherrod 💁🏽‍♀️👩🏽‍⚕️

Well… it’s happening!! 🙌🏾🤸🏾‍♀️🫶🏾

I will be there representing More Than Medicine Healthcare at the walk, providing free blood pressure screenings and answering general health questions!

We will also have information about their practice, including:
• Primary care for children and adults; acute or sick visits
• Weight management and medical weight loss
• Same-week appointments
• Telehealth and in-office visits
• Preventive care and chronic disease management (high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, etc.)
• Women's and men's health services
• A more personalized, relationship-based approach to healthcare
*Also now including mental health management and resources about mental health!

We would love for people to stop by, meet me, ask questions, and learn more about how they are working to keep our community healthy! I will give you info about our other wonderful nurse practitioners Lindsey Roshauna (the boss) and Shannon Wheeler! We are all about communicating and advocating for better healthcare access and better care! We may be small now but we are MIGHTY!

Women… if you have not had a PAP in 5 years, come get your PAP done because it is IMPORTANT to be screened for cervical cancer.
