Ready to feel strong, supported, and energized during pregnancy? 💛

Join our Bump & Build small-group training designed especially for moms in their 1st & 2nd trimester. Led by NASM CPT and pregnancy & postpartum specialist Sarah Fredrich, this 6-week series gives you the guidance, movement, and community you deserve.
