Please join us in congratulating Carlie Dipuma, ADN, RN, on her promotion to ER Nurse Manager at Lackey Memorial Hospital!

Carlie has served in our emergency department over 6 years and stepped into the interim manager role at the end of August. Her experience also includes ICU nursing at St. Dominic and Merit Rankin, along with five years as a paramedic with Lifecare and AMR. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing at Meridian Community College.

Carlie lives in Morton with her husband, Dustin, and their son, Maddox. They cherish time together, finding adventures wherever they go and spending time at Dustin’s gym, Primal MMA and Jiu Jitsu in Forest.

We’re proud to celebrate this next chapter with Carlie and grateful for her continued commitment to our patients, our team, and our community.

Congratulations to Casey Hawes, MD, a visiting surgeon in our outpatient clinic and surgical center at the Medical Arts Complex, on becoming a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS)! This distinction recognizes her surgical qualifications, competence, and commitment to high ethical standards.

Dr. Hawes visits the MAC twice monthly to see patients and perform general surgery through her practice with Lakeland Surgical Clinic. We’re grateful for the expertise she brings to our community…. Right here close to home and proud to celebrate this achievement with her!
