Reflexology reduces stress and pain, increases relaxation, revitalizes energy, helps the body to remove toxins, and increases circulation. This allows your body to better process and receive nutrients in the blood, helping the body to heal better. We apply pressure to areas of the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to organs and systems throughout your body. This is a great way to increase your health. We offer 30-minute sessions for $25 and 60-minute sessions for $45.
