They may not always have the words, but they still feel the loss deeply. And sometimes, the best thing we can do is gently include them, not shield them.

Roger Allen Spindler, 74, of Haubstadt passed away surrounded by his loving family on May 21, 2026, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville. Roger was born to the late George and Dorothy (Memmer) Spindler on October 30, 1951, in Evansville. Above all, Roger was devoted to his family. He found great joy in seeing his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren carry on his legacy. A lifelong farmer, he enjoyed raising crops, cattle, and sheep.
