Autumn Pointe Assisted Living Community Autumn Pointe Assisted Living Community is located in Ft. Calhoun, Nebraska. We pride ourselves on having a close-knit, family atmosphere at Autumn Pointe.

Many of our staff and residents were raised in the area and have lived here for many years. Autumn Pointe is an extension of the home life our residents are used to, allowing them to stay in the same small community among the friends and family they’re familiar with. New residents who come to live here from farther away soon find the welcoming staff and residents help make the transition as comfortable as possible for everyone involved. We strongly believe that each resident should be treated with dignity and respect so they are able to maintain their expected lifestyle. The personalized care and security we provide will give you and your family peace of mind.

This morning Connie and Tammy shared some goodies with us. They had apples fresh from the orchard. Tammy made apple crisp to sample and then shared how she made it. She gave us a lot of interesting apple facts as well. Connie made pumpkin bars using her fresh ingredients. Then we learned all about pumpkins. Everything was delicious.

Discos were the place to be in the 70s. We finished our day with a Disco Happy Hour with 70s music performed by Soul Collision. Bugles made their debut in the 1970s as a popular snack. Everyone had a groovey afternoon! Thank you to everyone that helped make everything possible for today. Jack and Susan have quite the car collection and memorabilia that they are always happy to share with us. The mechanical horse, juke box, and chevy pickup dash still work! We thank you Jack and Susan for letting us enjoy the trip down memory lane.
