Autumn Pointe Assisted Living Community Autumn Pointe Assisted Living Community is located in Ft. Calhoun, Nebraska. We pride ourselves on having a close-knit, family atmosphere at Autumn Pointe.

Many of our staff and residents were raised in the area and have lived here for many years. Autumn Pointe is an extension of the home life our residents are used to, allowing them to stay in the same small community among the friends and family they’re familiar with. New residents who come to live here from farther away soon find the welcoming staff and residents help make the transition as comfor

We had a happy hour filled with joyful music from two amazing people. Tony from Suncrest Hospice - Omaha, NE was the featured musical guest. He was such a delight. He started off the music. Sophia from Peaceful Hearts Hospice was surprise add in! She and Tony go way back and are good friends. She and Tony joined together in the middle. It was amazing to hear them together. Then Sophia was solo at the end. She did a beautiful job. The residents enjoyed every moment and sang along. It was the perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon.

Natalie with Senior Life Solutions, part of Memorial Community Hospital & Health System Blair, NE, crafted with the residents today. They made flowers out of coffee filters and pipecleaners and vases from pop cans. They used their creativity to make theirs uniquely and beautifully different. Natalie also provided us information on Senior Mental Health.
