We have an amazing network of specialists in Northern Colorado who are willing to answer our questions, consult on patients, and see them when necessary. What this means for our patients: we can often save you from needing an appointment with a specialist for some of the more simple things, and if you do need to see one there’s a good chance your doctor has already chatted with them and caught them up to speed on your case. Afterwards it’s not uncommon for them to also chat with your doctor about your visit. Just connecting all the dots here the way it should be. They are a huge resource to us and we couldn’t be more grateful for all the specialists in our area willing to help us and our patients.

Come celebrate the Grand Opening of our NEW office and the 5 year birthday of Hometown Family Health. We will have games, office tours and the Josh and John bus scooping up ice cream (on us!). Bring your friends and family. It’s a chance to show them that super cool doctor’s office you can’t stop talking about. All our staff including Dr. Palmiscno, Dr. Cardon AND Dr. Brock Cardon will be there. We can’t wait to see you!

Super BIG Announcement!!! We are excited to announce Dr. Brock Cardon MD joining Hometown Family Health this fall. Dr. Cardon is a board certified family medicine physician who graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin before completing his family medicine residency at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas. He then continued serving in the Air Force as an attending physician at Nellis for several more years. Dr. Cardon grew up in Fort Collins and is a Poudre High School graduate. He is also the older brother of the OG Dr. Cardon. We are beyond excited to have him join us and will continue sharing more details of what’s to come. His panel will open for scheduling next month and he will begin seeing patients September 1.

We are truly grateful to our patients and the community who have showed immense support for the passion of these physicians and allowed them to practice in a way that brings back the joy of medicine: being able to put their patients first. Tell your friends and your family because Hometown Family Heath will now have the capacity to care for even more people in our community!

Our angel tree is up and ready to go! We partnered with Clarvida, a foster agency in Northern Colorado. If you are looking to give back in the community this holiday season come grab a tag and get shopping. All gifts need to be wrapped and returned by December 7th. Thank you Northern Colorado for helping kids in our community feel cared for this holiday season.
