Meet Reagan, the owner of Wild Roots Individual and Couples Therapy! Read Reagan's bio:

Hi, I’m Reagan (She/her)!

I am the founder of Wild Roots Individual and Couples Therapy, LLC. As a marriage and family therapist, it is my goal to help individuals live more fulfilling and joyful lives!

My work encompasses helping people to understand the many parts of themselves that can show up throughout their lives by using different therapeutic modalities including internal family systems (IFS) therapy. Through this work, I hope to inspire healing, greater compassion, and more meaningful connections.

In addition to my expertise in marriage and family therapy, I am also completing my PhD in Applied Human Development at Colorado State University. I have been honored as graduate student of the year in 2021, published 12 articles, and secured NIH funding to pursue research on mindfulness-based interventions. I have also completed advanced training in trauma-informed yoga (200-RYS) and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

When I am not working, you can find me outside on a hike or spending time with my sweet pup, Freedom! I also love to do yoga and paint on the weekend.
