If feeding yourself feels exhausting, you’re not failing. 💚

For many people, eating isn’t “simple.” Executive functioning challenges, sensory differences, burnout, anxiety, and eating disorders can make nourishment feel overwhelming.

That’s why our registered dietitian, Jordan Da Silva, takes a different approach.

Jordan provides neurodiversity-affirming, HAES®-aligned, trauma-informed nutrition counseling that works with your brain—not against it. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, ARFID, sensory food challenges, body image concerns, or recovery from an eating disorder, her goal isn’t to help you eat “perfectly.” It’s to help make nourishment feel more manageable, sustainable, and supportive of the life you want to live.

As Jordan often says:
💚 “Safe foods are real foods.”
💚 “Your sensory experience matters.”
💚 “Let’s make this easier.”

Because nutrition counseling should feel compassionate—not shaming.
If this sounds like something you or someone you love could benefit from, we’d love to connect.
