Just put together a fresh batch of our Sea Salt & Savory Anti-Inflammatory Honey! 🍯🌿✨

This delicious herbal honey is infused with some of our favorite herbs for supporting a healthy inflammatory response, including turmeric, rosemary, thyme, sage, long pepper, and plenty of Himalayan sea salt for a rich, savory depth.

Honey has its own anti-inflammatory properties, and it also serves as an excellent menstruum, gently extracting and preserving the beneficial constituents of the herbs. We always love to use the beautiful raw local honey from our friends up the road at

Stir it into tea, drizzle it over roasted veggies, spread it on toast, pair it with your favorite cheese, or simply enjoy it straight off the spoon. We love when herbal medicine doubles as a tasty treat.

Swing by the shop and pick up a jar of this sweet-and-savory goodness!

Let Equinox be your one-stop shop for all things aromatherapy! 🧪🌿

Essential oils are sooo much more than beautiful fragrances, they are highly concentrated botanical extracts that can support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. They can help set the tone of a space, enhance daily rituals, and offer a beautiful way to connect with the healing power of plants.

At Equinox, we offer custom aromatherapy blending tailored to your favorite scents, preferences, and intentions. Choose between a convenient roller or a room & body spray, and we’ll dilute it properly for safe use. (Because essential oil safety is just as important as choosing the right plants!)

Prefer to create your own remedies at home? We also carry a wide selection of pure, organic essential oils, available by the drop or in 5 mL bottles.

Stop by the apothecary and let’s create a little aromatic magic together 🪄💧

Summer Solstice means one thing around here… it’s St. John’s Wort season! 🌞🌼

A few of us here at Equinox spent the solstice out wild-harvesting one of our favorite solar herbs. St. John’s Wort only blooms for a short window each year, right around the longest day of the year, making this harvest extra special.

Traditionally, St. John’s Wort has been used as a tincture to support anxiety-based depression. Infused into oil and applied topically, it’s also beloved for relieving surface nerve pain and as a soothing summertime skin oil.

One of our favorite parts? Watching the transformation…

Right now our freshly harvested flowers are infusing in oil in direct sunlight. (This is one of the few herbs that actually wants the sun during infusion!) Over the next several weeks, a constituent called hypericin will slowly turn the oil a deep ruby red. Such a magical transformations to witness!

Fun fact! St. John’s Wort gets its name because it blooms around the feast day of Saint John the Baptist, near the summer solstice.

Are you familiar with St. John’s Wort? We’d love to hear how you’ve worked with it! 🌼👇

🌿 Herbal Note: Always research contraindications or consult your herbalist before using medicinal herbs. St. John’s Wort is known for significant drug interactions.
